Villa Biancolilla is a  beautiful contemporary and ecofriendly villa perfectly integrated into the surrounding.

The villa is a three-storey building.

You may access inside from a bright open space with sofa, TV and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and a lunch counter. The room is particularly bright thanks to the large windows that overlook the patio equipped with a dining table, chairs, and sofas.

On the ground floor, you may also find the sleeping area composed of one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with French bed, and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double bedroom that overlooks the private sea view terrace and one single bedroom) and one bathroom with a shower.

In the basement, accessible both from outside and inside, there is a lovely suite ( which can become independent if necessary) with a double bed, a small relaxing area with tv and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style with particular attention to detail.

In the basement, there also is the laundry room.

The villa is surrounded by a lush ornamental garden consisting of native Mediterranean plants and an English lawn.

Overlooking the patio there is the infinity pool(10mt x 5 mt x1.40 mt) and the solarium area equipped with sunbeds. Close to the solarium, there is an external bathroom with a shower.

Villa Biancolilla, thanks to the presence of a very modern photovoltaic and solar thermal system for the production of clean energy, can be counted among the few eco-friendly buildings of our territory.

Villa Biancolilla is located in a wonderful location, 8 km from the ancient Baglio di Scopello and a few minutes driving from the center of Castellammare del Golfo, where it is possible to find several useful services: supermarkets, restaurants, bank, shops, pharmacy etc.. From the villa, you can easily reach Faraglioni and the enchanting Riserva dello Zingaro.

The bay of Guidaloca is 5 km away.

One amazing stay

photos speak for themselves but what else can i add, it was a smooth transaction and the best decision weve taken to stay in this property. Giacomo the person taking care of the property is an amazing guy, he greeted us at the property and collected the keys from us when we left. The property is amazing, it has all comforts and location is also excellent a few minutes from the harbour and beaches, town. Go for it without hesitation, highly recommended.

Villa Biancolilla is a first class villa and we cannot fault the service provided by ScopelloCaseVacanze who communicated regularly with us prior to our holiday and during our stay. The villa is exceptionally well appointed, the pool is amazing, and the setting in a quiet valley is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a lovely part of Sicily. We recommend highly.

amazing house in sicily - outdoor area is just perfect. Everything is new and clean. Not far from the beach and city - but not walking distance. Really hope to come back next year!

Amazing villa, with minor improvements

The villa is stunning. There were 4 of us so we had ample space. The two nearest towns are easy to get to with Castellammare del Golfo (CDG) being about 10 minutes away in the car (max), and Scopello 15 minutes. CDG is a stunning place - great food, beatiful architecture and pretty streets for wandering and getting happily lost. On Saturday night there is wonderful live music. We would recommend dining at Braceria 360 - I had the best steak I have ever eaten!

All in all, I would highly recommend staying here. We had originally looked to stay in/nearer a larger town, but this did not matter in the end. The grounds are well looked after and the pool clean. The villa has all the cooking utensils and facilities you need.

A few minor things:

1. We did not have enough towels, but am sure this was just an oversite.

2. The hot water didn't always work - NOT an issue when it is 35 degrees celcius outside, but not as hygenic when washing up.

3. The larger bins to drop your rubbish/recycling.waste into are a couple of minutes in the car - which isn't so great. The bins in the house are fairly small so you need to make frequent trips to avoid a horrible smell in the kitchen.

Other than that, we could not fault it! Thank you to all the staff and especially Vitalba for makine it such a wonderful stay.

Cancellation policy

Standard

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:

  • 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.

The rental price does not include cancellation insurance.  If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.
