Description
Riva is a house complex located in a panoramic position just few steps away from the gold sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo. The complex is made up of 10 houses. You access the house through the living room with kitchen corner, dining table, sofabed, tv and airconditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped ( electrical oven, microwave, toaster, kettle). On the ground floor you find as well a twin bedroom (that can be converted into a double bed if necessary) and a bathroom with shower. From the twin bedroom you reach the back veranda where you find an external shower and a small laundry tub.
Through a spiral staircase you reach the double bedroom with sea view and airconditioning.
The houses are furnished in an essential and modern style, using the coulors of the sea: sky blue and sand.
Each unit has also an equipped patio with dining table and armchairs. The patio is totally fenced and accessible through a small gate.
On the middle of the house complex there is a big swimming pool and the solarium area equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds. Close to the swimming pool there is a barbecue area and an external shower.
From the solarium you can enjoy an amazing sea view over the gulf.
At guests disposal there is also a baby parking and a private parking.
The equipped sandy beach is just 300 mt from the house complex. Along the beach you find several restaurants and coffee bar. The nearest supermarket is 200 mt away.
Castellammare del Golfo with its charming city centre is 2 km away.
Scopello and Lo Zingaro Reserve are 10 km from the house complex.
The nearest airports are Trapani Birgi and Palermo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per un decina di giorni a inizio settembre, ottima posizione in zona tranquilla, appartamento con ogni confort, vista mare e piscina. Ottima l'accoglienza del gestore: Giacomo ci ha consigliato spiagge, luoghi culturali e ristoranti della zona.

Situato a Castellammare del Golfo a poco più di 100m dal mare e vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona, da Scopello alla Riserva Naturale Dello Zingaro. L'appartamento di per sé è compreso di tutti i comfort; cucina, bagno, due docce (una esterna molto comoda) camera da letto con finestra vista mare, terrazza, piscina (comune), due condizionatori e non per ultimo l'ombrellone da spiaggia.
La proprietaria disponibilissima ci ha subito fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, dalle spiagge ai ristoranti da visitare alle numerose escursioni da effettuare, una delle quali gentilmente prenotata da lei stessa.
A pochi metri presente anche un mini Market molto fornito dove poter acquistare i beni essenziali per il soggiorno o semplicemente i prodotti di zona.
La proprietaria disponibilissima ci ha subito fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, dalle spiagge ai ristoranti da visitare alle numerose escursioni da effettuare, una delle quali gentilmente prenotata da lei stessa.
A pochi metri presente anche un mini Market molto fornito dove poter acquistare i beni essenziali per il soggiorno o semplicemente i prodotti di zona.

Il soggiorno presso la la struttura è stato piacevolissimo. L’appartamento ha rispecchiato esattamente quanto descritto. La piscina è stata utilissima nei pomeriggi assolati . Ho notato con piacere che veniva pulita quasi giornalmente. Giacomo è stato molto disponibile e veloce a risolvere un piccolo inconveniente verificatosi nell’appartamento al nostro arrivo.

we stayed a week at the Rive Sea apartments. The service we got from Eliana was super. We also appreciated the nice pool and pool deck. The only little awkwardness was the ant invasion (apt no 2). The cleaning staff did a great job though. All in all we had a great holiday and would like to come back. BR Christoffer

La struttura è situata in posizione veramente comoda sia per il mare che per raggiungere il centro di Castellammare. Giacomo, il gestore, è una persona squisita e disponibile: abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina che è riuscito a farci risolvere.
L'appartamento in cui alloggiavo (eravamo 2 coppie) è comodo, c'è tutto il necessario. L'unico appunto (trascurabile) è che nonostante sia ben tenuto occorrerebbe una svecchiata a letti e matarassi, comodi ma non troppo.

We 4 stayed in apartment 9 for a week in July 2021. We had a wonderful time and have already planned our return - maybe with another family in-tow. The view is simply breathtaking (even better than the pictures suggest. The complex - only 10 apartments) is incredibly quiet and safe - enclosed with an electric gate. It is 2 minutes walk from the beach which is clean and lovely with just a few cafes lining it. It is not at all "touristy".
The pool is clean and beautiful and we were pretty much left to ourselves, which was great. Apart from when we needed something and then the amazing Eliana went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer any questions we had or solve and problems we set her (e.g. booking a boat for us, organising covid tests for us, booking a hotel conference room for me to work for an afternoon...). Eliana - you were amazing and you made our holiday. Many, many thanks.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser wunderschönen Anlage.
Wir haben es sehr genossen: den fantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse und das Appartement, das alles bietet, was man benötigt um zu wohnen und sich selbst zu versorgen.
Ein Highlight ist nach wie vor der Pool mit angenehmen Wasser. Und von überall dieser fantastische Blick auf's Meer! Organisatorisch hat auch alles wieder wunderbar geklappt.

Siamo stati io e la mia famiglia in uno delle case vacanza nel mese di ottobre. L' appartamento spettacolare,spazioso, pulito,lo spazio esterno privato bellissimo con vista mare. Parti esterne comuni come piscina, parcheggio e parco giochi comode e pulite!
A 5 minuti a piedi si arriva a un comodo supermercato,alla spiaggia attrezzata o libera con bar e ristoranti.
Noi ci siamo spostati molto con l auto x visitare la bella sicilia... In 2 ore Agrigento, e il resto in meno di 1 ora... San vito lo capo, Erice, Scopello, Favignana, le saline di Nubia, Mondello...
Consiglio vivamente queste case vacanza soprattutto per le famiglie!! Un grazie e un saluto al sig. Giacomo ed Eliana

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa, impeccabile tutto. Lo staff gentile, disponibile sempre per ogni richiesta e suggerimenti per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza nella zona, a pochi km si possono visitare moltissimi luoghi come scopello e la riserva dello zingaro poco distante isola delle femmine o erice grazie alla posizione strategica del residence situato nel cuore di un'area molto interessante

L'unica cosa che mi sento di suggerire è che servirebbero dotazioni di base quali detergenti per la cucina ed il bagno, carta igienica e prodotti vari che non ci si può portare arrivando in aereo e non ha senso comprare sul posto per poi usarne poca quanto. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Riva Sea Apartment due notti a luglio. La struttura è molto bella, ha una vista meravigliosa ed è a 5 minuti in macchina dal centro di Castellammare. L'appartamento era impeccabile e dotato di tutti i comforts. Per completare, la gentilezza dello staff e soprattutto del Sig. Giacomo hanno reso questa vacanza perfetta!

Wir waren schön öfters dort und können ganz sicher sagen, dass es sehr empfehlenswert ist. Die Aussicht wenn man das Fenster öffnet, zu seinem Haus läuft oder die Ferne im und am Pool genießt ist einfach unglaublich. Der Sonnenuntergang ist hervorragend. Der Hafen idyllisch und lecker zugleich.
Das Haus ist für vier Personen sehr gut zu bewohnen. Alles sauber und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Wir kommen immer wieder zurück.
Wir bitten darum, dass die Gäste sowie die Agentur diesen schönen Ort so erhalten wie er ist, denn so ist es un posto al sole...
Das Haus ist für vier Personen sehr gut zu bewohnen. Alles sauber und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Wir kommen immer wieder zurück.

Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß max. 10min. Sonnenschirme wurden sogar bereitgestellt.
In die Stadt ist es zu Fuß recht weit, mit dem Auto findet man nur gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze. Am Abend fährt ein Shuttlebus vom Strand direkt in die Stadt. Dieser ist super. Er ist kostenlos und fährt sehr sehr oft.
Das Quartier ist zu empfehlen und unser Urlaub war sehr angenehm,

Non eravamo mai stati a Castellammare, è stata una piacevole scoperta, il Riva Sea apt è un'oasi di tranquillità, molto bello e curato, ti fa sentire veramente a casa, è vicino alla spiaggia, un po' fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile tramite navetta o auto. Consigliatissimo per una bella vacanza.

Riva sea est un petit complexe très joli et très bien entretenu. la vue est superbe depuis la terrasse de la maison. Tout est propre et bien équipé. la piscine est belle avec transats et parasols. Le petit supermarché à environ 200 mètres est très bien, et on peut aller à la plage en quelques minutes à pied. Petit bémol:les matelas à ressorts... En tout cas, nous recommandons riva sea apartments car nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

We had a great stay at Riva! The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, it had everything we need. The view at the pool is spectacular! Unfortunately we didn’t had a clear view from our terrace, because apartment 6 is in the corner of the complex. This was the only downside to our stay. The beach is only a 5 min walk and within 30 min walking distance (5-10 min by car) you are in the lovely city centre of Castellamare de Golfo. Overall we would definetely recommend spending your holidays at Riva Sea Apartments!

Die Anlage ist neu, sehr gepflegt, perfekte Lage (nahe beim Strand, weit genug weg vom Rummel). Die 10 Häuser sind auf zwei Etagen angelegt (das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock keine Toilette, man muss die Wendeltreppe runter ins Parterre), gut ausgestattet.
Wer Ferienanlagen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Manchen stört vielleicht, auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick, die räumliche und akustische Nähe zu den Nachbarn.

We arrived towards the very end of the Season so it was at the quitter end of the spectrum. Accommodation, Facilities and Service from Staff were all excellent. Location is also great; close to the Town, Beach and Supermarket. It was also great for day trips to; Marsala, Palermo, Trapani, Erice all less than and hours drive. View from the houses are breathtaking with mountains to the back and seafront to the front. Quiet location. Lovely pool area. Would definitely return, a nice sunny stay before the return to Winter in Ireland.

Es fehlt an nichts. Für Sizilien ist die Unterkunft ungewöhnlich sauber und sehr schön angelegt. Das Wohnareal ist baulich und personell gesichert. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht sind traumhaft und der Strand nicht weit. Leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig. Die 2 km entfernt gelegene sehr schöne Altstadt ist nur schlecht zu Fuß zu erreichen, da der Weg über einen kurzen Abschnitt entlang einer gut befahrenen Straße führt.

We had a very nice stay at Riva Sea. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the host was very nice and accommodating (a check twice a day at least). If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation; this is the place to be. A 5minute drive to the centre of Castellamare, which is especially nice in the evening for dining. A 5 min walk to the beach, which was pretty quiet, not crowded (we were there in September). If you want to go places, Riva Sea/Castellemare is not very central; you have to drive for at least 45 min to get to a nice place such as San Vito lo Capo.
Everything was perfect. We really recommend going here if you're looking to stay close to your apartment and enjoy the pool and beaches. The only point of critique is that there was no cleaning of the house during our stay for 2 weeks (only clean linnen and towels). And the shower wasn't very good. Other than that: super!

Sistemazione ottimale per soggiorno con famiglia. Appartamenti molto ben arredati e funzionali (in cucina c'è tutto quello che serve, anche il microonde). Poszione comodissima e staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente raccomandabile.

L'incanto del golfo

Posto incantevole. Pulizia e accoglienza agli ospiti davvero top!Le villette sono dotate di ogni comfort e si affacciano tutte sul meraviglioso golfo. Se la cornice paesaggistica fa da sé,la cura nei dettagli e l'efficienza di tutto il personale sono merito della gestione. Lo consiglio vivamente,ideale per famiglie e per tutti coloro che vogliono rilassarsi e godere di uno dei mari più belli che la Sicilia offra.
A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Castellammare,la posizione è strategica anche per raggiungere facilmente la tonnara di Scopello, la spiaggia di San Vito lo Capo e la riserva dello Zingaro. Nelle vicinanze comodo supermercato. Un grazie speciale a Leo e Andrea che ci hanno accolto e ci hanno dato i informazioni utilissime a rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Ritorneremo tutti sicuramente!!

Nous recommandons à tout couple ou famille qui souhaite passer un séjour agréable, dans un appartement simple mais très bien entretenu et décoré avec soin de venir à RIVA SEA ! La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et le centre de Castellamare del Golfo est très charmant!

Struttura nuova, pulitissima, casette molto spaziose e perfettamente arredate. Leonardo, la persona che gestisce la struttura, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e ha organizzato le escursioni alla perfezione.

We stayed in Riva Appts for seven days and our memories are the best:
the house complex was indeed very pleasant, the view over the beach, between sea and mountain unforgetable; the appartment itself very comfortable, clean, well equipped; very near the supermarket and beach restaurants; the pool splendid and quiet.
Impossible not to mention Leonardo, always available to help us in whatever we needd.
We highly recomend Riva!

Leonardo war sehr nett und hilfreich, gute Deutschkenntnisse, alle Termine haben geklappt Transfer Flughafen, Autovermietung und Taxi.
In der Küche hatte es Ameisen und in der Dusche wären die Silikonfugen fällig. Die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen, es war ruhig bis auf die Hunde des Nachbarn, der Pool war immer sauber und die Nähe zum Meer war ideal.

We spent a very nice week at Riva Sea apartment. The location is perfect (near the sea and restaurant) and the view is really nice, Leornardo advises and support were very useful.

Residence molto bello, con bella piscina e a pochi passi dal mare. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto un ragazzo che oltre alle regole della struttura ci ha fornito cartina e indicazioni sui punti di interesse e sulle attività a disposizione. Alloggio molto pulito, completo di tutto, praticamente nuovo. Lo staff ha mostrato sempre . Grande disponibilità rispetto alle nostre esigenze. Ideale per famiglie con bambini.

Zuerst gibt es 5***** für Leonardo, der vor Ort immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Tolle Tipps für Ausflüge hatte und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! Danke Leonardo!
Auch 5 ***** für Elina, die hervorragene Betreuung im Vorfeld leistete! Danke dafür!
Für Familien (ich war mit meinen 3 Kindern da) aber auch ohne ist es eine tolle und praktische Anlage. Mit dem Pool vor der Tür hat man die Kinder auch von der Terrasse im Blick. Das Haus ist neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Für 4 Pers. perfekt. Aber auch für 6 noch gut geeignet. Man braucht nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Restaurants, der Strand und ein Supermarkt sind sehr dicht in 5 min erreichbar zu Fuß. Der Hafen ist 20/30min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten so auch weiter entfernte Strände und Städte und andere Supermärkte nutzen und besuchen. Sehr sehrnswert war das Salzmuseum in Trapani und der Strand Guidaloca! Vorallem emphehlen wir eine Bootsfahrt entlang der Nordküste! Es war ein sehr gelungender Urlaub in traumhafter Kulisse. Danke

Molto bello e accogliente

Abbiamo passato due belle settimane in una struttura accogliente e confortevole all’insegna del relax. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Strutttura molto ben curata e rifinita. Ottimo X famiglie. Zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Vengono messi a disposizione ombrelloni e sedie per la spiaggia. Ottimo servizio!

Cancellation policy
Standard
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:
- 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.
The rental price does not include cancellation insurance. If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und entspricht genau den Bildern. Obwohl die Küche alles bietet was es zum kochen braucht, haben wir am Abend jeweils Auswärts gegessen. Eliana hat uns tolle Restaurants empfohlen und die italienische Küche ist einfach sensationell.
Störend waren 2 Hunde eines Nachbarn direkt gegenüber unserem Apartment (Nr.10). Ausschlafen war durch das Gekläffe nicht möglich, zum Teil haben sie uns auch mitten in der Nacht (03:00 Uhr) geweckt.
Leider konnten wir die schöne Terrasse, den Pool und den Strand nie benutzen da es mehrheitlich die ganze Woche geregnet und gestürmt hat und mit durchschnittlich 20 Grad kühl war. Das war unser 3. und letzter Versuch für Badeurlaub im Oktober in Europa, jeder Reiseführer der etwas anderes sagt lügt!!!
Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind die Restaurant am Strand, respektive welche zu Fuss erreichbar sind, bereits geschlossen. Daher ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, das Zentrum von Castellammare ist ca. 2 Km. entfernt. Im grossen und ganzen können wir die Riva Sea Apartment Anlage weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank an das Team.
